The Nimonic 90 Perforated Metal is a wrought alloy of Ni – Cr – Co reinforced by adding titanium and aluminum. It is made to cause creeping resistance and age hardening for applications at high temperatures of 920oC or 1688oF. It has high tensile strength, fatigue properties, elastic modulli and significant magnetic permeability. It is utilized for turbine blades, discs, forging, ring parts and heat treatment apparatus.
