The FeCrAl 0Cr25Al5 Resistance Wire has been exported to America and Europe for long time, because of the outstanding quality. In order to increase the thermal stability and mechenical properties, we apply the double electro slag refining technique and special control inclusion technique. Meanwhile, rare earth element is used in the alloy, it increase the whole properties of the product, such as the maximum working temperature and working life.

FeCrAl Resistance heating Wires are made of iron chromium aluminum base s containing small amounts of reactive elements such as yttrium and zirconium. The high aluminum content, in combination with the high chromium content causes the scaling temperature to increase up to 1425 C (2600F ); Fe Cr Al Resistive Resistive Wire s also have excellent oxidation properties at 800-1300° C because of the formation of a highly protective Al2O3 scale.
