The Super High Temperature Resistance Heating Wireis developed by our company. The product has passed the RoHs test done by SGS. The max. working temperature is about 1415°C
The heating alloys operated above 1400°C has relied on the product produced in Sweden. The price is expensive, this brings big pressure on manufactures of high temperature electric heating stove and other heating elements. Though the
resistance wire of 0Cr27Al7Mo2 can work under relatively high temperature, its machinability is bad. This new product has sucessfully solved the technical problems while reducing the cost.
Applied techniques of High Temperatrue Resistance Heating Wire :
1.Using electro slag refining technique and special control inclusion technique,
2. Using powder metallurgy.
