Haynes mesh/screen is a cobalt-based alloy which combines good formability and excellent high-temperature properties.
Haynes 25 mesh/screen is a cobalt-based alloy which combines good formability and excellent high-temperature properties. At 1800℉, Haynes 25 mesh has a 100 hour stress-rupture strength of 7000 psi. The alloy is resistant to oxidation and carburization to 1900℉.Haynes 188 mesh is a cobalt-based alloy which possesses a unique combination of properties. It has excellent high temperature strength and oxidation resistance to 2100℉(1150℃) combined with good post-aging ductility.
Haynes 230 mesh/screen is a nickel-chromium-tungsten-molybdenum alloy that combines excellent high temperature strength, outstanding resistance to oxidizing environments up to 2100℉ (1149℃) for prolonged exposures, premier resistance to nitriding environments, and excellent long-term thermal stability.
Haynes Alloy 263 mesh/screen is a age-hardenable Nickel/Cobalt/Chromium/Molybdenum alloy designed to have very good aged strength properties, with excellent fabrication characteristics when supplied in the annealed condition. The alloy is primarily used for applications up to 1650℉(900℃).
