Manufacture Process of Nickel 233 Sheet Plate Strip:
1.Forming:-
Conventional cold and hot forming methods may be employed with this alloy. Full annealing after work is required to reattain maximum properties.
2.Welding:-
Nickel 233 wire may be welded, soldered or brazed using most conventional processes. Clean and remove all foreign objects prior to welding to assure maximum weld integrity.
3.Machinability:-
Behaves like the other 99% nickel content alloys.
Nickel 233 wire is machinable by conventional means, but "gummy" in behavior. Rigid tooling and aggressive feed rates assist in good machining.
Packing Process & Transportation:
Packaging: Seal up, with plastic inside and wooden case or carton outside; or according to the customer's requirements.
