Nichrome 20/25 Resistance Heating Wire

Nichrome Ni20Cr25 resistance heating wire is nickel-chromium-iron resistance alloy with heat resisting strength at high temperatures. Its properties is much similar with nichrome 30/20.This alloy is also used in numerous domestic appliances and industrial resistors.

Nichrome 20/25 Wire has relatively high resistivity and very good resistance to oxidation at high temperatures. Nichrome 20/25 Wire is used in industrial furnaces (up to 1050°C), heating elements of cooking equipment.

1.Heating Elements

Manufacturers mainly use nichrome wire to make coils for heating elements.

2.Hot-Wire Cutter

It cuts through materials like polystyrene foam, somewhat like a wire cheese cutter. The heat does the cutting, and makes a smoother and more even cut than a saw or knife could achieve.
