Incoloy 864 wire is a nickel iron chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper and titanium with exceptional resistance to many aggressive corrosion environments. Incoloy 864 wire is highly resistant to corrosion.

Incoloy alloy 864 Wire was specifically developed for automotive exhaust system flexible couplings. It exhibits excellent fatigue resistance, thermal stability and resistance to hot salt corrosion, pitting and chloride stress-corrosion cracking.
