1: Incoloy 825 Mesh Poperties:

This Incoloy 825 mesh's chemical composition is designed to provide exceptional resistance to many corrosive environments. Incoloy 825 mesh is similar to incoloy 800 mesh but has improved resistance to aqueous corrosion. Incoloy 825 mesh has excellent resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids, to stress-corrosion cracking, and to localized attack such as pitting and crevice corrosion. Alloy 825 mesh is especially resistant to sulfuric and phosphoric acids. This nickel alloy mesh is used for chemical processing, pollution-control equipment, oil and gas well piping, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production, and pickling equipment.

Twilled Weaving Incoloy Mesh :

Contrary to plain weave, two lines of the main and cross wires are interweaved alternately.Each weft wire passes over two and under two warp wires, and each warp wire passes over and under two weft wires. The wire diameter for both (warp and weft)is mostly the same. It is possible to use a wire thicker then the mesh of twilled weave and, it ha an advantage of vulcanization being small because the angle of refraction of the main and cross wires is big. It is suitable for cases of comparatively high or much load.
