Reverse Dutch Weave Cloth

Wire Cloth of reverse Dutch weave achieves high flow rates thanks to its high levels of porosity. The reversed Dutch construction is comparable with a Dutch weave but is suitable for very high mechanical loads due to the more equal material section in both directions of the wires.

Applications of Reverse Woven Wire Cloth: Filter candles, vacuum filters and spring filters.

The apparent difference of Reverse Dutch Weaving compared with standard Dutch weave lies in the thicker warp wires and less weft wires. Reverse Dutch woven wire cloth offers finer filtration and finds popular application in petroleum, chemical, food, pharmacy and other fields.
Through constant technological innovation and improvement, we can produce wire mesh of various specification in reverse Dutch weaving patterns.

Applications:

1. Diagonally seamed, non-marking, cylinder mould covers, thickeners, breast roll covers, extractor and couch rollers

2. Phosphorbronze wires for banknotes and security papers

3. Conveyor belts for washers, dryers and sludge presses

4. Mixed wire cloth (polyester/stainless steel) for production of nonwovens

5. Diagonally seamed dandy roll covers for fine and cigarette papers

6. Press wires for the hardboard industry
